Infrastructure audit
Full survey of servers, network, devices and licences, with findings ranked by risk and cost.
from £1,450
EnquireWe audit what you already run, tell you plainly what is holding you back, and plan the change — systems, budgets, timings and acceptance criteria. We build no software and sell no licences, so the recommendation is only ever about your business.
Infrastructure, software, process and risk — reviewed end to end
We survey servers, workstations, networks, licences and the software your teams actually use — including the spreadsheets nobody mentions in meetings. The output is a written report with findings ranked by risk and cost.
Ageing hardware, unsupported versions, single points of failure and undocumented dependencies, each with the impact spelled out.
Licences, contracts, hosting and time lost to workarounds, gathered into one figure you can plan against.
Fix now, fix this year, leave alone — with effort and indicative budget beside each recommendation.
CRM, accounting, document management, cloud services — we shortlist against your real processes, compare total cost of ownership and write the requirements your suppliers respond to.
A written specification of processes, integrations, data volumes and must-haves, ready to go to vendors.
Licences, implementation, training and support over three to five years, laid out side by side.
We read the quotes with you and point out what is missing, what is optional and what is priced per user later.
A roadmap with stages, owners, indicative budget and a cutover plan designed around your quiet periods rather than ours.
What has to happen first, what can run in parallel, and where the plan depends on a supplier.
Cutover windows, rollback steps and a parallel-run period so the old system is still there if the new one stumbles.
Written tests that decide whether a stage is finished — signed off by you, not by the supplier.
Backups that restore, permissions that match roles, and the basic hygiene that stops most incidents before they start.
Coverage, retention, off-site copies and a restore test — a backup nobody has ever restored is only a hope.
Who can reach what, shared logins, admin rights and a process for people joining and leaving.
A gap review against the scheme's five controls and a practical list of what to change before assessment.
Fixed-scope pieces of work with a written deliverable at the end. Prices are indicative starting points for a business of up to roughly fifty staff and one site; we confirm the figure after a short scoping call.

Intro call, then data gathering and interviews on site or remotely, then analysis, then a written report with recommendations and a plan. Implementation support afterwards only if you want it.
Ask about the process
We are not a reseller and take no commission from software or hardware vendors. Recommendations follow your requirements, and any relationship that could look like a conflict is disclosed in writing.
Ask how we are paid
No software development, no day-to-day user support, no hosting. When you need those, we help you scope the work and pick a specialist contractor, then check what they deliver.
Ask about scopeHow the engagements work, what they cost and where the boundaries sit.
Companies with no in-house IT function, businesses running on infrastructure that has quietly aged past its useful life, and organisations about to replace a core system or move to the cloud. Typically five to two hundred staff across the UK.
For a single site of up to fifty staff, usually two to three weeks from the first data request to the final report: a few days of interviews and data gathering, then analysis and writing. Larger or multi-site estates take longer and we say so before you commit.
No. We hold no reseller agreements and receive no commission or referral fee from vendors. You buy licences and hardware directly, on your own contract, and we help you read the terms.
Sometimes. Where access is needed we agree the scope in writing first, work under a data processing agreement, use read-only accounts wherever possible and return or delete the material when the engagement ends. See the privacy policy for detail.
A written report: current state, findings ranked by risk and cost, recommendations with indicative budgets, and a staged plan. Plus a walkthrough session with whoever needs to make the decision.
We can oversee it — planning, supplier coordination, acceptance testing and reporting back to you. We do not carry out development work or provide day-to-day user support ourselves.
Fixed fee for scoped pieces of work, an hourly rate for advice, or a monthly retainer for ongoing oversight. The price is confirmed in writing before anything starts, and expenses are agreed in advance.
No question matches that search. Email us and we will answer directly.
Tell us what is on the table — a system to replace, a quote to sanity-check, an estate nobody has looked at for years. The first conversation costs nothing and ends with a clear view of whether we can help.
